NITACA Mission Statement

 

(A) To provide educational programs, training, research and any other information pertaining to protecting the rights, safety, health and wellness of individual professional drivers;

(B) To enhance the public image of individual professional drivers and the transportation industry in general;

(C) To provide its members with access to appropriate benefits, products and services on a cooperative, cost efficient and economical basis utilizing its group strength and purchasing power;

(D) To provide e-mails, websites and website links, media, newsletters, articles, meetings, forums and other means of effective communication between NITACA and its members concerning the purposes of the Association; and

(E) To serve, support, represent and promote the common interests of its members.

Who is eligible to be a member?

What are the General Qualifications of Individual Professional Drivers?

Membership in NITACA is open to any Individual Professional Driver who is at least eighteen (18) years of age. A member must also meet the qualifications of any class of membership or any categories, divisions or sub-divisions. All members will have a shared or common interest in having a need for the education, benefits, products or services offered by NITACA and must subscribe to the purposes, principles and objectives of the Association.
